Opened in 2008, this community oncology site has been delivering chemotherapy to patients in the Nechako Valley for over fifteen years. Serving Vanderhoof and the surrounding communities of the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako, the clinic means that many patients can receive their infusion treatments without leaving the region.
Vanderhoof sits on Highway 16, approximately one hour east of Prince George. For treatments and consultations that require the full resources of a cancer centre — including radiation therapy — patients travel to BC Cancer – Prince George (Centre for the North).
