Dawson Creek and District Hospital is the orthopedic and trauma centre for northeastern BC, serving this city and the broader Peace River region. A new facility is under construction, with a larger bed count expected around 2027. Until then, the same dedicated teams continue to provide the care this region depends on.

Opened in November 2012, BC Cancer – Prince George was the first site in northern BC to offer radiation therapy. It provides radiation, chemotherapy, counselling, and nutrition services, with two linear accelerators on site. The centre sits on Lheidli T'enneh traditional territory, adjacent to the University Hospital of Northern BC.

If your treatment plan already includes a trip to BC Cancer – Prince George, scheduling time at Renee's during that visit means no additional travel. It is part of the same day, not a separate commitment.
